This is the inner loop of the beltway right here at indian head highway. Traffic has gotten back to normal speeds here this morning. Everything has reopened. Although for a while we had lanes that were open. The local lanes and ramps were closed. Everything back to normal. Theyre trying to figure out what happened here. This tractor trailer which you see here in the video, it struck the motorcycle here and then burst into flames. And as i said, it was carrying garbage. The garbage had to be removed from the truck. It was then toed away. We geeb a little bit of a mess in the patterning lot. By and large the impact is over at this point but a lot of questions remain in terms of what happened here, why the truck and the motorcycle collided.
