Reporter police say they discovered at least two discarded spray painter cans here on the playground and theyre having them analyzed to see if they can come up with fingerprints. The graffiti was discovered thursday afternoon by children playing here. Police dont know if it was teens or adults who sprayed the hateful messages but they are taking the investigation seriously. The Fire Department says when they got here they assessed the situation and realized they had to call in the hazmat team a large tank was leaking some kind of a liquid or gas. Were not sure exactly which one. And they say there was some kind of potential for an explosion. Now, of course, this was a very fluid situation so earlier we were told there were evacuations. Now were being told that there were not evacuations but that the Fire Department was simply restricting access to two buildings and the streets of course you are now closed off to people and vehicles coming in and and out much the fire commissioner just gave us an update a short time ago. He was limited on specifics. Kept everything a little bit vague but he says theres no danger outside of this area. He says theres some kind of a chemical process going on in the area that they have blocked off and he says that officials are monitoring that situation until that chemical process runs its course. Shoulder. That is 19yearold zachary cuen. He is charged with the vicious brutal beating of 88yearold, we are calling her ms. Flo, not using her full name. He has a prior history with the law. Was arrested as recently as february of this year for stealing a mans gmc yukon and selling it. And being involved in a hit and run accident. So, he was on probation for that. He served about 43 days in the county jail. Was on probation. And then arrested for this crime. Now, in connection with this most recent crime against ms. Flo, she told detectives there were two suspects so we will try to get clarity on whether they are searching for the other suspect. We talked to relatives of ms. Flo who is not conscious. She is in critical to grave condition inside the hospital here in san jose. We will not say which one. Obviously, they are very concerned about her concern. 88 years old. That is a very difficult. A lot of trauma for anyone to take, but especially one 88 years old. We are waiting on the s
