Officers tell us it was just after midnight when officer cappy parked his patrol car. It was shortly after that were told a supervisor smelled alcohol on his breath. It was damage to the police car that first sparked in supervisors attention. Officers say the officer was driving a marked Police Patrol char had three flat tires and bent rims. The supervisor approached the officer to see what happened and as they smoke noticed the officer had bloodshot eyes and had the smell of alcohol on his breath. Kathy said he didnt realize his tires were blown and investigators say he began to assault the supervisor.
