From our delaware news room more than a dozen people woke up this morning to find tires slashed on their cars and police are still looking for whoever did it. Theyre waiting on police to make an arrest. You can see what many of these victims woke up to as they headed in to work this morning, their car the tires were on flat. I just hope they catch him because he did a lot of damage and i hope he get caught and they have to pay for what damage they did.
