Reporter police say the off duty cop identified himself as a Police Officer and the officer fired his gun an unknown amount of time and one bullet shattered the Temple University Hospitals Services center that was closed at the time. And the driver turned himself in later. Police cordoned off the car on the 600 block of cambria. We could see front end damage and a bullet hole in the side.
