This morning the fbi is joining Prince Georges County police in trying to solve the murder of a 3yearold girl. Theyre nearly doubling the reward to find the man. Tracee wilkins joins us live in landover, maryland, with more on the new effort. Tracee, good morning. Reporter good morning, barbara. Now that the fbi is involved, the reward has increased from 25,000 to 45,000, and it has also expanded the search area as they look for devon wallace. Now, the billboards will be strategically placed. These are the areas police and the fbi believe wallace may be to avoid being locked up. On august 10th, the 3yearold was shot and killed while playing in the home of a relative in landover. Police believe wallace shot the outside of that home in retaliation after an argument he had with someone else inside. Two people were on board. Were going show you a picture of the plane. There it is. Family members tell nbc news that larry and jane glazer were on board. Larry glazer is a well known develop ner rochester, new york. Where that flight originated this morning, the glazers were flying to naples, florida, were told, when they reported a problem to air Traffic Controllers and were asked to descend. The controllers later lost contact with the couple. Fighter jets were scrambled, and those pilots could see the glazers slumped over, but still breathing. On immigration reform. Im bruce johnson. Thank you for joining us. Severe storms caused flooding on local roadways capitols. Dark clouds formed quickly. Frequent lightning lit up the capitol dome. On the ground the storms knocked down trees and power lines and forced authorities to close some roads. Especially in the bethesda and potomac areas, where crews responded to a couple water rescues. Hank silverberg is at the intersection of bradley boulevard. Reporter the water trapped two people in one car. They had to be rescued. Necessity had to be pulled out by the Fire Department swift rescue boats. The water came close to overflowing a bridge and knocking down some power li nes. They had to move in and shorr up the lines and that means power outages. The potomac area appears to have been hit the hardest. Trees were knocked down, blocking roadways.
