New Delhi [India], August 10 (ANI/SRV): KL Technology Incubators Foundation (KLTIF-TBI) at KL Deemed to be University has hosted Startup Carnival, a grand scale event that celebrates and encourages the spirit of entrepreneurship among Startups.
