Those meter lights were turned on at 5 37 this morning. We are starting to see the crowding, the brake lights forming. It is starting to get slow from the east bay to San Francisco. We do have a trouble spot. Westbound 80 at magazine street. The ride into vallejo is pretty slow. We already have brake lights. A slow right into the Altamont Pass with a 38 minute drive time.
