A 31-year-old Wallingford man has been held over for trial on all counts for allegedly supplying a fatal dose of the powerful synthetic opioid fentanyl to a 16-year old girl in July. William Michael Gabe is charged with drug delivery resulting in death, involuntary manslaughter and delivery of a controlled substance, all felonies, as well as misdemeanor charges of tampering with evidence, reckless endangerment and corrupting the morals of a minor.
MEDIAÂ â A 31-year-old Wallingford man has been arrested for allegedly supplying a fatal dose of the powerful synthetic opioid fentanyl that killed a 16-year old girl in July.
William Michael Gabe is facing charges of drug delivery resulting in death, involuntary manslaughter and delivery of a controlled substance, all felonies, as well as misdemeanor charges of tampering with evidence, reckless endangerment and corrupting the morals of a minor, District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer announced Friday.
âThis is a heart-breaking case involving the death of a very young woman and a defendant who knowingly and intentionally gave her the poison that killed her,â said Stollsteimer in a release. âThis prosecution makes clear that when we can prove that an individual distributed the drugs that resulted in an overdose death, that individual will be charged with murder.â

WALLINGFORD, PA A Delaware County man who was wanted for allegedly selling a 16-year-old girl a fatal dose of drugs has been taken into custody, according to authorities.
Delaware County District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer said William Michael Gabe, 31, of Wallingford, was arrested on charges of drug delivery resulting in death, involuntary manslaughter, and delivery of a controlled substance, all felonies, as well as with tampering with evidence and other related charges.
