Reporter well, ill tell you what, we did just talk with the attorney who filed the lawsuit just within the past hour or so. Again, it was on behalf of two stanford professors as well as other owners of volkswagen diesel vehicle owners. The two stanford professors and case being handled by well known local attorney who just did an exclusive interview with us just after filing the lawsuit. Now, as we reported after months of denials volkswagen admitted to the epa it installed socalled defeat devices into millions of its diesel run vehicles. The device allowed antipollution controls to operate at maximum efficiency only during an emissions test. So vehicles passed emissions test but released up to 35 times the amount of allowable pollution when on the road. Again, the bay area connection besides the impact on consum
