It looks like it was a vehicle to vehicle incident. Reporter the chp is investigating whether or not road rage triggered three shootings within the last 24 hours. Chp says right around 10 pm on tuesday night a second driver reported being tailgated, heard a thud and continued home. And discovered a bullet hole in the back of his car. I have no idea why anyone would do such a horrific thing. Theres a lot of Collateral Damage that can occur. Accidents with other cars. Doesnt matter how anger angry ur. Reporter none of the victims were seriously hurt. The same cannot be said for 33 yearold matthew rios who was a shot and killed driving home from work on monday night.
