Appeals filed mid construction as opposed to handing appeals before they go into construction. This is government at its worse unpredictable and unknowable by the citizens. Last november i introduced legislation to address it problematic legislation. The legislation i introduced did two things first, the clear procedures including a clear deadline to file an appeal triggered by the first approval the project and second it approved and enhanced public noticing so people will know when to file an appeal if they wish to do so. And a colleagues im happy to report its legislation it does just that that sets a clear prier including a clear deadline and that approves noticing.
