This was the scene after a huge fire started at the building under construction. Investigators say the fire started at 4 30 this morning. Within 5 minutes, crews were on the scene. At that time, they saw heavy smoke billowing from the center of the structure. Reporter as the fire continues to burn, a crane used by a construction crew was spinning like a top out of control.
