Tonight, winter storm is bearing down on the bay area and the sierra. Storm ranger is tracking the system as it moves across the region. Look at that, the storm prompting a blizzard warning in this year, heavy snow, strong winds are creating near whiteout conditions, forcing chp to issue a stern warning to drivers.
