Out of diablo, perhaps, the san ramone and dublin are tough cases here, you have to head down towards niles canyon or highway 24 for a longer reroute. Thank goodness the rest of the bay is a lighter traffic flow but here west 580 is a nightmare as youre traveling west off of that dublin interchange over to the scene of the crash now.
