Replay Video UP NEXT President Joe Biden announced on Monday that the U.S. will share more doses of vaccines with the rest of the world, starting by sending at least 20 million additional doses to help countries battling the pandemic by the end of June. These are vaccinations and vaccines that are authorized to be put in arms of Americans and, by the end of June, when we ll have taken delivery of enough of such vaccines to protect everyone in the United States, the United States will share at least 20 million of those doses, that extra supply, with other countries, Biden said. This means over the next six weeks, the United States of America will send 80 million doses overseas.

The restaurant s owner, Samantha Hernandez, has had to throw out angry people over the last year for refusing to wear one. But in recent months, most customers complied without much grumbling.
The announcement Thursday by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention that suggested vaccinated people no longer needed to wear masks indoors took her aback ― and put her in an awkward bind.

HOLLYWOOD, CA YMCA s across Los Angeles will launch a six-week program offering uninsured women free breast cancer screenings. Screenings will take 15 minutes, and will provide a referral to a licensed doctor or medical professional for follow-up care.
The Hollywood YMCA will host screenings on January 21 between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m at 1553 N. Schrader Blvd. Attendees can RSVP at alineaevents.com/ymca-2021, but walk-ups will also be accepted. This program is part of the Y s continuing effort to make sure our community members are able to get the necessary services to maintain a healthy lifestyle, said Mario Valenzuela, vice president of equity and inclusion for the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles.
