This is one of the most it is a bill that has two parts. One would move funding for the land and Water Conservation fund that maintenance of National Park and public land. It would move the Funding Source out of the appropriation process and guarantee authorization of 900 million a year. That is permanent funding for the Water Conservation for the First Time Since the program was created in 1965.
