Thank you for having me this morning. I am from the Mayors Office and Community Development. Thank you for letting me present this resolution and would authorize the Mayors Office and Community Development as the Successor Agency to the Successor Housing Agency to enter into a longterm ground lease with the 1100 ocean avenue limited partnership. That is between mercy cal west and the Housing Corporation for the development and operation of 71 units of Affordable Housing at 1100 ocean avenue. Initial term of the lease is 70 years and contemplates option of 29 years
