Has been on the scene all night and is getting new information from deputies. Reporter we have. We have new information from the Wake County Sheriffs Office. They have identified the victim as delphic mclain. She was hit by a stray bullet and the hunt is on for the three vehicles involved. The Wake County Sheriffs Office was called to 4629 arrowhead drive in apex after 6 pm friday evening. When they arrived they found a 56yearold woman who had been shot the sheriff told us she was not the intended target. Angela lyons called the victim a close friend and neighbor its crazy. Reporter lyons another neighbors tell they heard some kind of altercation several vehicles were parked in the driveway. And then they heard the gunshots. I was scared. Too scared because my kids are playing outside. I went lines explain the victim was visiting a neighbor and the bullets came through the siding of the home. Reporter she does down and it hit her.
