They have identified the victim as delphic mclain. She was hit by a stray bullet and the hunt is on for the three vehicles involved. The Wake County Sheriffs Office was called to 4629 arrowhead drive in apex after 6 pm friday evening. When they arrived they found a 56yearold woman who had been shot the sheriff told us she was not the intended target. Angela lyons called the victim a close friend and neighbor its crazy.
