Police say a woman, visiting friends at the apartment house told them she was looking for more beer. When she asked residents in josephs apartment, thats when he allegedly held a gun to her throat. Ray Police Responded and confiscated a 40 caliber handgun was applied for and two days later, joseph was arrested. That arrest resulted in more charges.
