Levels continue to recede and arent expected to drop below flood levels until wednesday evening. However, flood waters through the streets of san jose and mill milpitas. Though people new of the flooding potential, it all happened really fast. Water started coming in and then it came in more and more and more and then finally the Fire Department showed up, told us that everyone had to get out. His funeral is being held here at craig ranch regional park. Weve heard this afternoon several people who worked with him, who knew him well, who describe him as someone who is passionate about fire early in life. He joined the Fire Department in North Las Vegas when he was just 21. Here is one fellow firefighter who describes the type of person he will miss. We celebrate a man who was more an just a pillar of his community.
