24 year old troy mure junior appeared in court this morning. Police say he slammed a car into a tree last month. Killing his passenger 22 year old Scalicity Boyd back in november. But mure claims he crashed because he was being chased by people with a gun. Charges of owi and vehicular homicide by owi were dropped against him. But he is still charged with vehicular homicide by reckless driving his trial is set february 29th. A popular vietnamese restaurant reopened its doors and is offering free food just for today.
