Led the state in approving a smoking ban in Public Places before it even became a state law and now it will be one of two cities in the state. To ban e cigarettes. I think it is pretty cool,. As you know we are the second city in iowa to do it, behind iowa city but it is a big accomplishment. Even though it seems that ecigarettes maybe less harmful than real cigarettes.
