Were learning about another violent incident that happened at the same school, the same campus, last week. Were talking about James Lick High School in san jose. The two attacks are prompting the teachers to call for more safety measures. Here is ian cull. But we know this is the second time police were called to the campus this month back on august 7th, a staff member was also assaulted and taken to the hospital. The fight earlier this month was posted to social media. It appears to show a group beating up a student. Indictments describe a group of officers who acted as though they were above the law. One of the Antioch Police officers is morteza amiri. His Attorney Says theyre still waiting to review the evidence. She said her client would have surrendered peacefully if given the opportunity. These dramatics and thats what they were that took place at his house in the very Early Morning hours today were entirely unnecessary. It was unconscionable. There were flash bangs deployed at his house, he was surrounded and there was use, as i understand it, of a megaphone. The majority of the defendants were in court today, held on 100,000 bond.
