Facing 14 serious violations for last summer s tent collapse in lancaster. Two people were killed and good evening, i shelley i m shelley walcott. Federal Safety Agency osha revealed today that the circus did not build the tent correctly, and ignored seven Severe Weather alerts. Wmur s stephanie woods has our top story from lancaster. Stephanie 6 months after the circus tent collapsed here on the lancaster fair grounds the community is still reeling. Now osha has found that the tent say it s no victory. It was very scary. Stephanie on august 3, joann rushed to the scene with her fire chief. There was still a little bit of unreal. It was like a movie. T happen in places like this. Prince William County officer Ashley Guindon and two other officers were responding to a domesticrelated incident when they arrived at the address. Three officers were shot, guindon died from her injuries. News 9 confirmed Merrimack Police were called upon to notify her family in merrimack of her passing.
