What i wanted to let you know is that we are continuing and will continue and i made this commitment on behalf of the department that we will continue to do our work in the mission 2020 plan which we have been working for some time with a series of neighborhood groups to work towards stabilizing the demographics of that neighborhood while the neighborhood is growing. Its something that we have committed to and the mayor has committed to and committed the staff over the next year to make that plan a reality. Its a Land Use Plan and not a zoning plan per say but a plan that tries to stabilize the mission through tenant, counseling, eviction control, acquisition of sites for Affordable Housing, acquisition for existing buildings for rent control buildings to maintain existing house. So it is kind of a new ground for us in many ways
