Steve keeley working this one this morning, steve . Reporter well, the shooter has a permit to car a gun, and he came across the dead man and his girlfriend, Police Describe as a drexel student. Now, the guy and the girl were having what Police Describe as allowed argument here on lancaster avenue right off the drexel campus, and we dont know if that involved anything physical many but the guy with the gun ended up shooting the 24 year old three times in the chest and so even with both drexel and philly police getting here real quick after the reports of gunshot, and then rushing him, the quick three block drive right over to penn presbyterian that handles all of the gunshot victims this side every town, those shots turned out to be deadly. Sources tell cnbc that the New York Stock Exchange problem may have been the result of an overnight Software Upgrade and traders got a little bit of warning because before the exchange opened this morning there was a bulletin sent out, we have got some kind of a technical problem. So, when it actually struck about 11 30 there wasnt panic there wasnt a big selloff, because there still was trading. These stocks that couldnt be traded on the New York Stock Exchange could be traded on the internet on something called bats. So, in summary, problem fixed, not a hack attack and no official word on what caused the worst technical outage ever to strike the New York Stock Exchange. Steve handelsman, thanks steve. Big difference, especially, from earlier this week, when we had the mild temperatures, now the chilly weather pattern is really settling n so we will gave you a eight out of ten today. We will have few extra clouds, and we will have those chilly temperatures to deal with.
