Outburst that was ongoing, christina. A very dangerous situation. Officials were able to get it under control this morning in the city of st. Louis. A very upset an irate inmate attacked an officer early this morning and everything escalated Romare Bearden take a look at this disturbing video. Authorities say the inmate attacked the guard and the guard was jumped by other detainees. Nobody was able to break free from this jail by 115 inmates did take part in the chaos breaking out Windows Setting fires and throwing things on the fourth floor of the building. This is what people could see from outside the jail. This facility is located in downtown st. Louis near other businesses like the city hall in a stadium where the cardinals play in several new stations.
