NEW ULM New Ulm Community Education is offering an “Intro to Yoga” Class at the Washington Learning Center, room 104.
The instructor will be Rachel Sturm, who is a NETA certified yoga Instructor
Class 1 will be held on Tuesday, April 13, Class 2 will be Wednesday, April 14, and Class 3 will be Tuesday, April 27. All classes are from 5:15 to 6:15 p.m. The fee is $7.50. A minimum of five people is needed to hold class.
“Intro to Yoga” is a gentle yoga class focusing on flowing from pose to pose and linking the movement with the breath. The instructor will offer a variety of modifications to encourage participation of everyone. The class does sitting, standing, and inverted postures, and challenging variations are suggested for more advanced students. Please bring a mat and water bottle.
