It seems as if winter is in full force across Quebec as we await the biggest snowstorm of the season. The snowstorm is expected to impose several meteorological hazards, including snowfall and a possible freezing rain weather warning from Environment Canada.
Get those shovels ready 'cause Quebec is about to be hit with yet another snowstorm, and some regions including Montreal could be hit with up to 20 centimetres of snow. According to The Weather Network, back-to-back snow systems will target the province starting late Thursday and through Friday.
In addition to Montreal receiving its first snowfall of the season, Quebec as a whole got nearly 50 centimetres of snow last weekend proving that winter is returning with one heck of a vengeance. Well, it appears as if the snowy conditions aren't going anywhere as Environment Canada issued a few weather alerts for various parts of the province, including a snowfall, and snow squall warning.
Winter is returning full throttle this weekend as the province of Quebec is expected to be hit with up to 50 centimetres of snow by early Monday, November 14. Southern Quebec has been feeling the wrath of a strong low-pressure system that has brought in generous amounts of precipitation and Eastern Quebec is next up.
