Break watergate break in. We will talk about the 1968 president ial election. The Democratic National convention. Lets start with chicago. This last summer was the 50th anniversary of the Democratic National convention in chicago. I do not know if any of you saw any of the specials. We have some footage that is pretty shocking for people to see nowadays. Before 1972, there were very few primaries. Most of the delegates to both conventions were elected through back channels and small party conventions. Back when meetings across various politicians.
