This Republican Primary tonight, of course, brings us back to the home state of one, nikki haley, where she was twice elected governor, at high Approval Ratings as such. It also brings us the moment where donald trump hoped to basically end this thing. To close the race out and consolidate his con
trump s case probably doing battle with multiple federal judges and multiple counts. this week alone was the d.c. circuit cut put his screams of presidential immunity temporarily on ice reminding him for the purposes of this criminal case, former president donald trump has become citizen trump, with all the defenses of any other criminal defendant. there were the nine supreme court justices who regardless of how they ultimately rule on the 14th amendment case sure sounded like they were not enjoying getting drawn into the nonstop cyclone of chaos that is donald j. trump. those keeping score at home, it is t-minus 72 hours till trump s legal team must file their appeal to the supreme court in the presidential immunity case, an appeal that must somehow convince those nine supreme court justices to agree to hear yet another trump case. that s just the cases we spent all week talking about. we also saw the judge, trump s civil fraud trial, judge engoran days away from ruling on t

welcome to msnbc s special coverage of the new hampshire primary. we re here in manchester, new hampshire, for what could be the defining contest of the 2024 republican primary. for republican voters, there s now just one alternative to an ex-president who incited an insurrection, faces 91 felony counts in 4 jurisdictions who says he want thes to be dictator for a day. i could really go on and on about trump s alarming statements, but we don t have all day for that. the one person left standing in his way is former south carolina governor nikki haley. she spent the morning in new hampshire. trump did a stop and his surrogates marjorie taylor greene are also crisscrossing the state for him. out there campaigning on his behalf. haley now has that two-person contest she s always wanted. but everything suggests that she s an uphill climb. the last tracking poll out this morning shows trump up by 22 points. that s a lot. and over the last few weeks, the haley campaign has been res
