Improving. As Annie Mccormick shows us police have Surveillance Video of the crime that will help them find the shooter. Reporter the shooting is still under investigation, but the detectives are looking into if the bullet that hit the little girl was the same one that went through the front windshield and rear window of this minivan and hit her when she was playing in fronts of her home. This neighborhood was in chaos after a stray bullet hit a 6yearold girl. Family members are distraught and then Philadelphia Police officers rushed girl into the cruiser and take her to the hospital. After doctors stabilized her they brought her to saint christophers for children where she remains today. Look at this camera from an intersection. You see two individuals and at least one opened fire. Watch as the bullet goes through the rear window of this minivan. Police believe that at least 20 bullets were fired.
