On tuesday, San Francisco mayor london breed announced that voters will be asked to weigh in on a new plan to change how the citys Police Department and the Police Commission operate. The ballot measure is called safer San Francisco. And if approved, it would do 3 things. First. It would allow the Police Department to use new technology, including installing surveillance cameras and using drones. We can
