court order to remove all the redactions which relate to my case, which is the mike flynn case. take all of that out, make this public, you ve got two weeks. so i know the white house is doing everything they can to try to keep everything secret to try to stuff the toothpaste back in the tube, but look at how this is going now. the judge overseeing the roger stone case started off this week by herself getting an unredacted version of the mueller at least as it pertains to everything having to do with wikileaks and roger stone and anything else that might touch that case she s overseeing. that judge, judge amy berman jackson, has already had the mueller report s redactions removed. so she can read the redacted parts as she oversees the stone case. now we ve got another judge in the same district that s overseeing another mueller derived case, the flynn case, ordering not just he should get to see the redacted portions of that pertain to the flynn case but he s ordering we all get to see
counter intelligence investigation being full was going to yield these answers. you know, the thing about this do you think how do we put this toothpaste back in the tube? this is long term damage. i mean, beyond long term damage. there is 40% of the country the president spun up believing that the rule of law in this country and, frankly, that you re going to have 40% on the other side if the president does sort of banana ruckus in this. this is i don t know how we put the toothpaste back in the tube. we re going through stormy waters, clearly. i like to think that the strength of our institutions is going to prevail. and we have to see what s on the right country. but clearly it is a very difficult time and we re going to emerge from a strong. they say nice things about them.

administration at some point and that we ll want to get tough on russia, how long will it take to put this toothpaste back in the tube. well, i think if trump is a one-term president there s a chance for renewal and i m always an optimist about this stuff. i think the midterm elections has given them new confidence that they may be recommitted to being the leader of the democratic world in a way that president trump does not want to play that role and he s been very clear about that. he has a different strategy. i think if trump is reelected then you have to begin to wonder about particularly the transatlantic alliance which i think is in a pretty shaky place right now but couldn t survive eight years of the trump presidency. i m not so sure. i think you would see a pivot to what we have already seen signs of that we have to go our own way, including in defense matters, they ve already hinted at.
realtime the extent of that information. you can t put the genie back in the bottle. you can t put the toothpaste back in the tube once that s out there. so in some ways they ve created some protection for themselves. and i think the final thing we should keep in mind is knees people who have been enabling trump, whether it is rudy giuliani, whether it s people in the white house who think it s fine to lie for this guy, it s fine to lie to the public, you can do whatever you want because your only client, your only responsibility is to trump, those people are in a heck of a lot of trouble, because those people may now be involved in action which constitute obstruction of justice. the fraud exception will make it impossible for lawyers to hide behind the attorney/client privilege. and this should be a warning to people who work in government and to lawyers that you must conduct yourself within the confines of the law. right. that you have ethical and legal obligations. exactly. i
