A daycare bus driver will not face drivers after he hit and killed an elementary teacher in goldsboro. Ray bats struck Brandon Kincaid with the bus last tuesday while he was in the wheelchair in a parking lot. Senators are working on a special honor for the victims of the Charleston Church shooting. The Judiciary Committee approved a resolution declaring june 17th as Mother Emanuel Ame Church 9 day and encourages to reflect on race relation on the anniversary of the shooting in charleston that killed nine people. The resolution was approved by the house last month. A judge is giving the attorneys for a former North Charleston Police Officer accused of shooting and killing walter scott more time to investigate the case. The judge ordered the swabs from a taser to be sent to forensic investigators. A motion said a slight analysis found dna of slager and scott on slagers stun gun.
