Action news, delaware valleys leading news program with jim gardner. It is monday night. The big story on action news tonight is breaking news from bristol bucks county. A motorist fired two shots from a semiautomatic pistol at another driver. It is a case of road rage. It happened as the drivers were exiting i95 on to 214. Chris christie has more. The driver pulled up next to the victim and told them to roll down their window. He did and thats when the suspect fired. A second bullet on the top of the passenger side door where the metal stopped the round from hitting the person in the seat. If the door didnt stop the round, he would have taken one in the chest. Kept flashing his high beams, came up on the bumper of the vehicle, followed them at the light off of i95, stayed with them, keeping pace with the other car trying to get away. The suspect is said to be driving a rendezvous that looks like this. It has those that use the road unnerved. I come through here several times a week. I

Breaking now in philadelphias East Germantown neighborhood, someone shot and killed a man across the street from his home. Police think the man came right out of his shoes trying to run for his life. When officers got to the scene on east garfield after 2 00 a. M. , they found the victim in the streets unresponsive. Three gunshot wounds.
