The scene cleared roughly 30 minutes ago at the best western in concord. We do have video of the scene earlier. You saw a number of Police Patrol cars handling this investigation. As i mentioned, the information is very limited. Police posting this happened roughly around 1 00 a. M. Or just after 1 00 a.
