Reporter things have calmed down since violent clashes yesterday between protesters and police but they are planning another protest at city hall starting at 12 30 this afternoon. Its the second day of protests at city college of San Francisco after spending the night inside and outside of the administration building. About two dozen students called for an end to a new payment plan that requires students to either pay in full or set up a payment plan when they register for classes. This marginalizes, the administration is turning their backs on the marginalized students. Reporter this is what happened yesterday, demonstrators clashing with police. Thats when things got nasty and officers used batons to try to stop them. We are sorry about what occurred on both sides but today is business as usual. Reporter
