police are still on the scene of an overnight shooting. it happened outside a warehouse party at teagarden and alvarado streets. alley is live there this morning. you just talked to investigators. that s right, mike. san leandro police say the organizers of this warehouse party advertised the event ahead of time online and on facebook. police say anywhere from 100 to 150 people attended. the party organizers rented out one of the buildings in this industrial park in san leandro right here behind us on the corner of aladdin and the parking lot of this industrial park is where the shooting happened around 1:30 this morning. three people were killed. two others seriously wounded. the party was shut down. it ended. and as the party-goers were leaving the area of the party, they were in the parking lot and that s when the victims were approached by what we believe to be right now two gunmen that were on foot. they shot multiple rounds. those two gunmen ran away on foot and p
