Arrested shortly after that shooting last wednesday at the corner of Plymouth Avenue and broad street. Police say all three of those victims were innocent bystanders, including neighborhood resident 65year old lian xiu wu who was killed. Santos was initially booked on suspicion of murder and two counts of attempted murder. To Sonoma County now and the man at the center of a violent and bizarre kidnapping case is due in court tomorrow. Investigators say his alleged victim managed to escape by jumping out of his moving pickup truck.
