Police say 68 yearold darrell musselwhite drove around the barrier on bingham drive near bunce road. And crashed into the hole. He wasnt seriously hurt. But was sent to the hospital to be checked out. Musselwhite is charged with driving around a barricade into a safety zone. Governor pat mccrory is waiving certain dmv impacted by hurricane matthew. The fees will be waived until december first. For licenses. Duplicate titles. And replacement registration plates. Among other services. The governor says his administration is committed to offering every assistance possible to those impacted so that families can return to a normal way of life. Now to vote 2016.
