For the shooting of thomas. Candace sweat is joining us from the courthouse, candace . Reporter i spoke with the attorney for the family just a couple hours ago. He says thomass mother cried tears of joy today when she found out the news. Of course we know an indictment is not a conviction and both sides still do have a long road ahead. Reporter they say copley fired a shotgun through the garage. The shot killed a 20yearold. Two wokes later he is intighted on a period charge. The attorney for thomass family spoke with us over the phone notoday was a very a very good day. It is bittersweet. Thomasfamily spoke with us over the phone. A bittersweet day.
