Now, the arrest and charges came this week for possessing and disseminating child pornography for an entirely different situation. Chester county das office tells me that tipsters came forward last month reporting that two images were found on an Instagram Account belonging to haines. In the eightpage criminal complaint investigators say haines admitted to sending and receiving child pornography through instagram and email and the accounts were traced back to the rectory here as saints simon and jude.
