We know officers went up to the man he tried to run, then there was a struggle as the man, police say, punched, kicked, head butted and bit the officers. Both officers, male and female, were bit on the arm and hands where it actually broke the skin and drew blood. Anytime someones bit, a human bite, its dangerous. It has to be thoroughly cleaned and this particular 32yearold suspect is well known to the police in the area for not only selling drugs but also doing drugs. Why there was no Police Security in this school at all when my grandson was threatened yesterday with a gun. Reporter the School District says the police were unaware that the principal told parents they would see extra protection this morning. An officer was stationed here at dismissal time. School principal david laver had no comments. Parents say gun or no gun the kids need more police protection. There arent Police Officers. They say theres no funding for public school.
