The first alert is through this evening for the thunderstorms and the potential for some localized flash flooding. Right now, we have a few showers down in extreme south jersey. Not moving very fast. Not especially heavy. But its a sign that we dont have much wind in the atmosphere to move these storms along. So theyre not going to be moving very quickly this afternoon when they develop.
