It means the morning commute is going to have a lot of water on the roadways. This is an Atmospheric River coming from the Hawaiian Islands and its focused on us here it goes. Theres the Hawaiian Islands. You see it right up into here and over the next 12 to 24 hours, about 36 hours, well see heavy rain especially in the coastal hills. So thats the overview. That is a lot, marin, napa county, and this is new, sonoma county, but look at the heavily rainfall north of San Francisco, but in the past 20 minutes, enveloping the city of San Francisco to oakland, berkeley, and richmond.
