About 20 patrol cars on clar east drive in east san jose. Officers with long guns are look for the suspect and have established a perimeter and theyre looking for the gunman who has been spotted behind several homes. Around 9 00 this morning there was a report of a commercial burglary on tully road. When officers responded, they found a suspect, and he took off. He went into two separate homes here in clarice drive. We have reports from some that he had a gun and a knife. There are also reports he held a pregnant woman at gunpoint inside her home. He has left the home and the pregnant woman is safe. Police are still searching for the man in the neighborhood. There is a school in the area. Katherine r. The news chopper flew over the scene at 43rd avenue and Pinnacle Peak Pinnacle Peak road. The shed they hit is the only structure nearby. Two people were on board, a man and a woman, and they are both in serious but stable condition. The plane had taken off from falco were headed to california. The pilot radioed that an ng and engine light came on and they did not think they would make it to the airport. The good news is it looks like people both people will be okay after that crash. Phoenix police were forced to shoot a man overnight. The man was dawning body armor and pointing a gun at officers. We have more from 36 street in 37th st.
