Annamalai on April 14 released ‘DMK Files’, making graft allegations against ruling DMK leaders including Chief Minister Stalin and their family members.
The Dravidian model of governance in Tamil Nadu has improved the economy and is promoting equitable development in the State. The government has appointed world-renowned economists to improve the economy and reduced the revenue deficit. As a result, investment in the State is increasing, which has led to an increase in job opportunities as well.
Annamalai released ‘DMK files’ on April 14, making graft allegations against the ruling DMK leaders, including Chief Minister MK Stalin and their family members. DMK organising secretary RS Bharathi had already sent Annamalai a notice seeking Rs 500 crore for his allegations against the chief minister.
From details of the DMK’s properties to alleged kickbacks, the BJP leader has levelled serious accusations against the party and Tamil Nadu CM. But, the DMK has dismissed these as “defamatory, scandalous and motivated statements”.
The independent inquiry committee to look into the sexual harassment complaints at Kalakshetra is headed by a retired judge Justice K Kannan, former Tamil Nadu DGP Letika Saran, and Dr Shobha Varthaman.
